Destination Webinars is the brainchild of tourism marketer Charlie Trevena, who has more than 20+ years working in the travel and tourism industry across Europe, New Zealand, Canada and Australia.
Charlie is passionate about destination and product training for the travel trade and has hosted over 700 live webinars since 2011, including managing webinar training programs on behalf of Destination Canada, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Visit USA and VisitBritain.
As well as offering live webinar facilitation services, Charlie has built an online library of over 300 on-demand bite-sized destination and product webinar updates for the Australian and New Zealand travel trade.
2020 forced the world to work differently, which allowed Charlie to expand her product portfolio and increase the number of online webinars to cater for the demand of industry professionals working from home and wanting to remain connected and upskilled for when borders re-opened and travel returned.
Offline (and off Mum-duty) you’ll find Charlie on active adventures; trail running, mountain biking, swimming or skiing. Charlie met her husband on the ski slopes of France and they have two young daughters.
