Game of Skill Terms and Conditions

Your entry into the 50 Degrees North Competition (the Competition) is deemed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter the Competition and the Prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize

  1. The Prize (the Prize) is comprised of:

One (1) prize for two (2) people on a 6 Day Norwegian Coastal Voyage on board Havila in a Seaview Superior Double/ Seaview Superior Twin
One (1) prize for two (2) people on a 8 Day Beautiful Norway Premium Mini Coach from Bergen to Oslo, twin share

2. The total Prize pool is valued at $13,000 AUD. The Prize, or any portion of the Prize, is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise stated or agreed by the Promoter. No compensation will be offered if the winner is unable to accept the Prize.

50 Degrees North Prize Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prize valid for two people
  2. Winner must be a current front line selling travel consultant. Either part time or full time.
  3. All entrants must have watched the webinar on 21st February 2023 via Destination Webinars or registered by 21st Feb and then watched the recording before 3rd March 2023.
  4. In addition, all entrants are required to answer the question asked as part of that webinar and email their answer to info@evolutiontc.com.au
  5. Winner will be judged based on the answer to that question from staff of both Evolution Travel Collective & 50 Degrees North. This is not a game of chance.
  6. Prize is based on twin share. Single travellers may incur a supplement charge
  7. Valid for bookings with 50 Degrees North for specified product only
  8. Havila Coastal voyage is available on the southbound departure ONLY.
  9. Havila voyage does not include beverage package and optional activities. These are at the expense of the winner.
  10. Accommodation on board Havila will be in a Seaview Superior Double or Twin cabin.
  11. Full Prize is valid for departures between May and September 2023 or 2024 due to seasonality of Beautiful Norway tour.
  12. Should winner decide to travel outside of those times please note the Beautiful Norway trip will be substituted with an alternative product of 50 Degrees North choice. This substitute may not be to the value of the original prize and no additional cash or credit is offered.
  13. Prizes are based on land only and do not include airfares to and from the prize start and end point or any travel required in between.
  14. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they read and understand the inclusions and exclusions of the provided prize
  15. Destinations or itineraries cannot be substituted
  16. Departure dates are strictly subject to availability
  17. Departure dates for prizes which fall in the following calendar year will be released approximate 3-12 months prior to departure. 50 Degrees North makes no commitment as to when dates will be released
  18. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem and book their prize
  19. Where your preferred travel date options remain unavailable, the offer will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash
  20. Offer is not transferable to existing bookings
  21. Prize not transferable
  22. Prize not redeemable for cash or future credit
  23. The prize excludes transfers to and from domestic or international airports
  24. No payments will be made for any costs associated with claiming the prize
  25. 50 Degrees North reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the 50 Degrees North terms & conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
  26. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated
  27. Not combinable with any other offers or competition
  28. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification
  29. Prize will be drawn on the 6th March 2023 based on all entries received by that date. Winner will be contacted by the entry email address.
  30. 50 Degrees North will not be liable for arrangements or expenses incurred outside of the package provided
  31. 50 Degrees North standard terms & conditions apply to all bookings as published at the time of booking.
